What is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and do I need one?
Health is so much more than nutrition and exercise! I believe that creating a healthy lifestyle can be drinking your favorite cup of coffee in the morning, doing cartwheels in the grass, or spending time with people who feel like home.
As a Health Coach, I will provide support, accountability, and guidance to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes. My goal is to empower clients to connect to their own inner wisdom and determine their deepest needs and desires. Think of me as a partner in this journey, together we will find an approach to health that aligns with you in all areas of your life – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
The Integrative approach to healing has two primary components: health is bio-individual and multidimensional. This means that no one way of approaching health will work for everyone and that health extends into all aspects of an individual, from your physical body, to your mental health and felt emotions, to your deepest spiritual needs.

Meet Adalyn
Hello! My name is Adalyn, I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Wilmington, NC. I have a passion for supporting others in their journey to a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. I believe that health is holistic and extends into all aspects of an individual. Each person has unique needs in these areas and it is my goal to support clients in finding a balance between them.
My health and wellness journey began in college when I went though a traumatic breakup. This transformative time in my life became the gateway to my health awakening. I started practicing yoga as a way to incorporate movement into my lifestyle, however it quickly became a powerful presence in my life. The core foundations of yoga inspired me to expand what I learned on the mat to other areas of my health. I began to explore the ways in which I could practice mindfulness, connection to the Earth and all living beings, and authentic living in a holistic way. This became the catalyst for my passion for holistic wellness. Once I discovered the importance of prioritizing my mind, body, and spirit, I knew that sharing this with others was my true calling.
I decided to pursue my yoga teacher certification in order to share the profound impact that the practice has on overall wellbeing. In May of 2023 I gained my RYT200-hour teaching certification through the Yoga Minor at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. While immersing myself in this new lifestyle, I was led to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program where I have earned my Health Coach Certification. Through this program, I have learned the complexity and uniqueness of human needs and how these needs can be supported on all levels.
I understand the overwhelm and confusion that the abundance of health information online can bring, together we will create a lifestyle that is tailored to your unique needs and supports you in the most fulfilling ways. My mission is to empower you with the support, knowledge, and tools to become your own health advocate. I believe that you have the ability to heal your life! Let’s align together!

This 3 month Integrative Nutrition Health coaching program is designed to help you take control of your health and meet your goals. Together we will create a personalized wellness plan that guides you towards creating new healthy habits and sustainable shifts to last a lifetime! Whatever it is that you may need support with, whether you are dealing with hormonal imbalances, managing stress, or just striving for a better balance, this journey will shift to reflect where you are and what you need each week.

Step 1: Discovery call
In this complimentary 30 minute call we’ll chat briefly about your goals, what health coaching entails, and if my approach aligns with your specific needs.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
Let’s get to know each other! In our first 60 minute session together we will thoroughly explore both your past & present health and lifestyle patterns. We will uncover what your goals are and any areas that may need attention, allowing us to create a plan that is uniquely crafted to fit your life!
Step 3: Implementation
From here, we will create a personalized action plan that evolves as you do. We will check in once a week for 3 months to explore your progress, discuss any support needed, and brainstorm ways to meet your health goals.
Step 4: Progress Tracking
As you progress through the program, our weekly follow-up sessions will be tailored to fit your needs. Each week you will receive a curated list of action steps from me designed to keep you on track with your health & wellness goals. Think of me as your accountability partner in this journey, I will provide you with the flexibility and support needed for you to thrive; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Let’s align together!

Reaching your goals is cause for celebration! Together we will reflect on all of your hard work and personal growth that has happened for you in the last 12 weeks.
